Ongoing SEO
Blog posts, content updates, and local SEO tuning. Scoped to what one person can do—no big retainers. We agree on a cadence and deliverables, then I deliver. Note: if you want a blog on your site, I can build it, but the blog platform has recurring hosting cost whether you post or I do—we'd discuss that before starting.
What I do
Blog posts
Plain-English posts for your site. Local topics, your services, seasonal angles. I write; you approve. Helps with freshness and long-tail search.
Content updates
Refresh key pages, add new services or areas, tune headlines and meta so search and visitors see current info.
Local SEO tuning
Titles, meta, and on-page terms for your towns and keywords. No link-building or paid ads—just steady on-site work.
Building a blog
I can add a blog to your site, but it comes with recurring cost. The software that runs the blog (so you or I can add and edit posts) has to be hosted, and that costs money every month—whether you write the posts yourself or I do. It's not a one-off. If you're interested in a blog, we'll talk through setup and ongoing hosting so you know what to expect before we start.
How we scope it
I don’t do huge retainers or open-ended contracts. We agree on a cadence (e.g. 1–2 posts per month, or a batch of updates per quarter) and what’s in scope. Price and timeline are clear before we start. Good fit for businesses that already have a site I built or that I can work on—and that want ongoing help with content and local visibility without hiring an agency.
